Return and Cancellation
we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, the item(s) or in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and may also be exchanged.

You may be asked to send a courier back to our address using the spare tamper proof packet provided to you along with your order.
To get the courier charges refunded, you need to attach a copy of the courier bill.
Refund : ‘ Refunds are processed by the respective gateways as used by the user and sent back to the issuing bank (user’s card banker) in batches for processing, which should approximately take about 8-15 working days, depending on issuing bank policies’
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse

We do not accept any returns after 15 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition .
Any complaint should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
Delivery Information
1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
